I had a pleasant stay at Alessandro Palace & Bar. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the train station. The bar was also nice, although the prices were a little higher than expected. The staff were competent and helpful, and they organized fun events like karaoke and club nights. I would recommend this hotel.

Great amenities and facilities. The hostel had everything I needed and more, making it feel like a hotel. The rooms were clean and stylishly renovated, with comfortable beds and nice linen. The location was ideal, close to public transportation and a variety of restaurants and bars. I also appreciated the security measures in place, making me feel safe during my stay.

The noise level at night was unbearable. There were constant disturbances and people coming and going throughout the night, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic one-night stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, especially OVEN at reception who helped me with my luggage. The rooms were clean and spacious, with bunk beds in the 6-bedroom room I stayed in. There was a free gym and a top bar that organized daily events, making it a fun and social place. The kitchen was well-equipped, even with a toaster, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location was perfect, close to transportation and plenty of eating options. I would definitely stay here again.

Free taxi fare from the airport to the hostel for stays of more than 9 nights. Exceeded expectations in terms of place, location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Helpful and always available staff members. Manager, Owen, provided useful tips and was readily available. Rooftop bar and downstairs bar for socializing and events like karaoke nights.
